Well the couple shoot was amazing!

For those who didn't know the prospect for me was a daunting one as surprisingly I am a bit of a prude. 

I totally get how some of you (especially male photographers) could find the thought of this kind of thing or a shoot with a nude male model worrying.

But.....

I was very keen to offer a shoot of this nature as I knew the images would be fabulous. 

Will was brilliant and made me feel at ease and I hope & think he did everyone there also. Scarlett as always is a super star.

I am so pleased with the models I booked as they really did work perfectly together, Will with his muscles and strength and Scarlett being so petite and flexible. They are both so much fun and very chilled which instantly puts everyone at ease.

I am very happy with the poses that I found for the models and thought they worked really well.

As it was so popular and a lot of people missed out I will plan another event similar to this one in the new year.

The next event & the last event of 2015 is actually a shoot with Will himself! He will be working a mix of genres from fashion through to nude. Of course there will be a touch of "pizzazz" from myself. It is a great chance to gain some fabulous male model images for your portfolio and there really is no need to be shy. There are still a couple of places left on this so please get in touch if you want to take one.

What a fabulous night it turned out to be.

 A great group of photographers really makes the nights enjoyable.

The plan was to give everyone some nude images with a difference not just the same/typical black & white art nude images. 

I think it was a bit of a head scratcher but if all the events are easy then it wont be pushing your photography skills. 

We had the fabulous Scarlett Fox modelling for us who is just a complete babe who I for one adore! 

We also had the equally fabulous Aurelia who is such a natural at moving from pose to pose. Both models worked well in the group setting and created some magnificent poses.

What a fabulous day it turned out to be. It did not start off to well though with the A1 being closed then following the diversion lots of roads were then closed due to flooding. But everyone arrived.

The venue Middleton Lodge was a perfect setting, the staff were all friendly and helpful. 

The bridal designer turned up with plenty of time and even bought be a beautiful bunch of flowers and a card! The dresses were all beautiful and they also bought all the accessories, veils, bouquets etc. Everyone said what a difference it made having a real wedding dress designer on board and not just a load of dresses from a charity shop etc.

We had a wonderful group of professional models, who all worked their butts off. They were all friendly, chatty and posed with ease.

Nude Group shoot

Nude Group shoot

 

Last night was another fabulous group shoot. Held at Yorkphotostudio which is always a pleasure and you always arrive to a warm welcome and a drink.

This event was a nude group shoot, typical art nude, using a cellophane "skirt" I made, then using some fairy lights.

It was great fun and the images I seen were looking fabulous and different from the same old art nude images.

 

Here is a BTS pic taken on my phone of the beautiful Scarlett and Colin de-tangling the lights.

 

I have worked with Scarlett before on a group shoot but this was the first time I see her really working. I can tell you this lady is the BEST nude model I have ever worked with. unbelievable posing skills, moving effortlessly from pose to pose, knowing exactly what works for her body.

Not only is she a beautiful model but she is also very friendly and great fun.

 I can't wait to work with her again soon.

 

Scarlett is one of the models I have on the next group shoot I will be posting soon.

Boudoir

Boudoir Group shoot

 

Hiya

 

I hope you are all good and enjoying half term.

I have been extremely busy with the group events, which is great! I am constantly thinking of ideas and people are contacting me wanting to work together which is amazing!

Lots of exciting projects coming up.

 

Last week I ran a group boudoir shoot where I helped the photographers understand ways of planning, talking to and directing a model during a boudoir/lingerie shoot. I have been told it is a brilliant alternative having a model and a female model at that helping them.

 

The night was held at the fabulous YorkPhotoStudio which is owned/ran by Kevin. It is a fantastic studio and Kevin is a great host, highly recommend.

 

The model was the beautiful Dee Delahunty, not only is Dee clearly stunning but she is professional and very funny.

Picture House

Hiya

As I'm sure you all know I have been running lots of events. I have done some in the past inc in a London Penthouse etc but since moving to Yorkshire I have decided to do a lot more.

They have all been going really well, I have met and worked with a great group of photographers, models and stylists doing so.

This Sunday I did the first big event in Sheffield.

This was our stunning venue:

It was a fantastic location I am very pleased we could secure.

I modelled on this event which if I am planning an event I wont normally be doing but it worked out well, we also had the beautiful Dee Delahunty and Scarlett Fox modelling for the day. Absolute professionals and such lovely, beautiful ladies.

We had the complete pleasure of having the absolutely crazy but lovely Tracey from Cookie Couture Clothing supplying all the beautiful gowns which really worked well in the location and complemented the day.

The day was really fun and he images I have seen so far are looking Fabulous!
